I'm Emi, I use they/them by default and I host this world! Confused? That's because we are multiple. Actually, this intro is not about me, it's about everyone and everything inside Euphya!☆ Who are the others?
First, welcome! We call our residents the Euphyans, and I often happen to have my body controlled by them instead of myself; in that case refer to their own profiles! If you want to talk to them individually, you may do so by joining us!☆ Boundaries
Generally we're okay with @mentions, tone tags / indicators, pretty much anything like that. Just watch for the individuals' own boundaries, if any, they may differ from usual. We have global boundaries to learn about our decentralised norms.☆ Projects!

Most of our terms are completely different from the majority of plurals, which can bring confusion to those used to "system" terms. While you might be familiar with the these, they are not always appropriate to use; because we aren't a system. We exist as conscious entities in a whole other world.

| System FR: Système (un) | How ironic, do we really use the System term even though explicitly mentioning that we aren't one? That's because there is a difference to know: we are not a system, but we have a system. What changes is the verb! We happen to use this term, usually referring to our own organisation. That's the system we're talking about! |

Role Tags are mostly there to indicate who's most trustworthy when it's about this world's official resources and administrative management.

| Contributor | c!cont! | This is a more "open" tag compared to responsibles. It includes everyone who actively participate(d) in engaging activities in major domains. They also are great referents when it comes to either their own domain, or helping you regarding Euphya! |
| Regular | None | Regular Euphyans who aren't particularly a referent and simply live their lives won't show any tag. They probably do fun things you may be interested about; maybe you should become friends with them! |
| Simulated | sim | You might see this tag on example members and conversations. They are not real and only used to showcase something. |
Tags are subject to change at anytime and for any reason. In the future, there may be new ones, changes in their name or definition or some that may be removed. Don't hesitate to come back to this list if you notice something new!
Why "Euphya" as the name?
We chose Euphya as the world's name because its residents live with lots of euphoria! We then took this specific word as the representation of Euphyans' drive to live with maximum happiness and wellness for as long as life would permit it, as a collectivity that welcomes itself!
Who are the Euphyans?
Euphyans are those who live inside Euphya, whether they were born or brought here. They are conscious entities, just like you!
Their norms differ from those that you'll ever see on Earth, not only because it's a different world, but also because reciprocal respect, common sense, actual empathy (including accessibility) and drive to be nice to yourself and others are not things that should be neglected, ever. Chaotic situations and "child play" can freely happen as long as things stay in a good atmosphere and end up with a positive impact - this is our own vision of free will. Whenever they need help and/or if something bad happens, they always know where to get assistance.1
Euphyans come in all kinds of life forms, not just human-like! We have plushies, nuances and animals that don't exist on Earth! We kind of wish we had our own language too, but understanding each other is already a great ability. (Instead, we happen to purposefully break language rules and make our own wording!)
You can always view their public profiles from the globe, then go to "Profiles". They are visible even if they are not present at the moment. You'll learn way more about each of them by directly interacting with them!

Isn't this just being plural?
Yes that's correct! But heavily different from most plurals (or "systems") that you'll ever encounter. Even though we know some that also have this organisation, all plurals are different.
Then what's our origin?
If you're going to bring (in)validity or discourse onto the table, then we are not answering this kind of questions. If you need more details about something, because there's an actual, genuine reason behind your ask, then please come directly, in private. Otherwise, plural origins should genuinely stay private to each.
We are anti-discourse, anti-drama and pro-freedom for everyone. In fact, we don't even believe in plural origins. Are you multiple? Then hey everyone!
Our intentions are clear: we genuinely want to welcome and be welcomed by everyone, as well as bring positive impact and not hold any form of hate. If anything that we said here made you uncomfortable, even though it shouldn't, we'd be interested to know why and see if we can improve our wording.
Where can we be added / contacted?
You may join us for any online interaction! We have better than "adding us as a friend", you'll be able to contact each Euphyans individually!
We recently got on Tumblr, Vivaldi Social and Bluesky. However, if you try to contact us from there, it may take a good while before we see anything, as these are not apps we use everyday.
What pronouns / terms to use?
This works in a priority order, if one isn't available, use the next option:
They're already mentioned in a profile;
Ask them directly;
There's no way to know: in that case use our defaults.
"What is your gender?" / "How old are you?"
Euphyans don't have any of such. If needed you can ask for one's pronouns, terms and/or maturity range.
"What do you mean there's no age?"
Well, of course there's a form of "age" somewhere, but it's only for this world as a body on Earth. We won't tell more than where it's legally required.
However, for Euphyans, this works in a completely different way. They each have two distinct values:
An entrance date, which is self explanatory: It's when an entity originally entered in this world and became an Euphyan. They are either brought or born there, and whichever that happens sets the date for their life. This would be the "age" you'd assume, but it won't always match the second value.
An estimated maturity range: This is what you would want to look for when interacting with someone. Euphyans ask themselves, "How old would I be like if I had a human age?". They then estimate and put themselves in a range, that they will eventually tell you when interacting.
Maturity ranges don't have fixed numbers and can change over time. An Euphyan's growth isn't linear, things happen (or they don't). This is really all there's to know, now obviously you'd likely prefer interacting with someone who gets you the right ways. Just try and see where you put boundaries!
How are generic plural terms tolerated?
For most other plurals, you may be able to use (some, if not all) generic plural terms that are in glossaries. However, it's best you ask them directly, because all plurals are different. We're a great example about this, since we aren't referred as a system (with all terms that go along).
You would be interested to read our terminology. There's not much to learn, it's all common words put in a context. Just understand it as a world of alive entities inside a body and you're good to go!
Why do we ask to join a server instead of DMs?
If we beg you to join our WLP (as long as you want to DM us), that's because the server allows our residents to communicate as themselves, rather than be forced to take the world as an identity. We made a custom secure PMs system there that relies on private threads and allows proxying using plural bots!
The classic DMs system do not have a plural integration (such as PluralKit, Octocon, Tupperbox…), so we have them restricted to emergencies only. We don't mean to advertise nor have any similar intents. If you have an issue or a question about this place, please send a message anywhere you can and read what's currently available to read for you!

Interact With Care by default, until it's okay to go further! We're looking for positivity and respect between each other, while allowing everyone free and even chaotic interactions!But if needed, below are the details (beware: less positive but required!):
Our Values !
We believe in 100% reciprocal respect, and here's what this means:
Respect towards anyone's identity, boundaries, beliefs, etc. as individuals and not by using some social categories or labels; empathy and helpfulness are implicit and educated.
Interactions can always be chaotic, "childish" or "cringe", as long as they are entirely of a positive impact.
This is why, unlike most people:
We don't use flags. That means we aren't part of "this" or "that" community; we may or may not support or be like some of them, but don't include any Euphyans in there, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We don't assume. We always ask or look at your bio first for anything about you, such as your pronouns. Yes, even if your appearance makes it "obvious".
We don't use labels. This mostly includes genders and body conditions. We only refer to things such as pronouns and what we can(not) do exactly. Everyone is seen as an unique individual.
We don't put people into a "DNI"; we just block freely if one is seen as problematic and/or makes any of us feel anything negative. If you have a DNI, then residents will likely just avoid interaction at all, regardless of what's in there.
Let's be transparent: Residents tend to block those with wild DNI's or other problematic stuff in their bio or message history, without even them interacting with us in the first place; this is done in bulk, so do not take it personally, but that still means they should question their profile.
The Boundaries !
These aren't exactly "rules"; even Euphyans don't fully rely on them, and instead act by individual cases. Here are some of our guides of conduct that may apply to anyone interacting with us (and preferably outside too):TL;DR: Interact With Care! And we mean it by default towards anyone, even when it's not mentioned!
All interactions must fit in the age range of all participants AND any potential spectators. This is a legal requirement, and also to avoid negatively shocking / unhealthy stuff to some.
Any offense, drama, toxicity, discourse, ableism, discrimination, etc, won't be tolerated, and all of these are bannable cases. You must respect anyone's boundaries, whether you personally like them or not.
Negativity can happen to be a thing, but don't make it your whole personality. You can rent as much as you need in the appropriate places. Outside there please moderate yourself on venting & ask for consent. Use the appropriate content warnings "CW" and use ||spoiler tags|| (which will result in
If we don't fit in your "Do Not Interact" (if you have one), then whoever interacted first is responsible of anything that follows. There's also this interesting card that suggests transforming your DNI into a "Looking for" list.
We are not disclosing any private individuals, the hosting body's exact age (range is probably fine), sex and gender, nor anyone's origins. We'll only say that Euphyans do not have sex/genders. They instead use pronouns/terms and they have different ways of splitting.
Please refrain from using general system terms, and instead refer to our terminology.
Politics, Concerns and Beliefs on Earth are not part of Euphya. This includes religion, stereotypes, discourses, generative "AI" slop,
Side note 1: Emi and anyone else are not considered as anything religious, but Emi exists as the world's host. It's not a religion, it's a whole person in front of you who exists as any other human, and who hosts their own inner world that does not affect other entities on Earth.
Side note 2: You may exclude anyone in this world from any kind of system discourse (as we are not a system). Do not try to fakeclaim any of us as being of a certain origin. Take this note as you please with maturity in mind.
Avoid arguing out of anger, and know when to drop the topic. Yelling at others is useless and only does harm, no good. Everyone can have different opinions, but they all shouldn't conflict this way. Debating may be done in appropriate conditions, where the goal is clear and of a positive impact.
Be as "cringe" as you'd like! Don't let anyone say otherwise. If freedom is now normalised as being called "cringe", then there's nothing wrong with it!… except for those who attempt to shame others.
These boundaries (as for the rest of this site and our content) can be subject to change at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. If you're okay with these, then you'll be a good fit in our norms and values!

"Anytype" is a multipurpose note taking app where most of our documentation is. You'll usually find it at the bottom dock of the home screen. The icon looks like either three light shapes on a black background OR a pixelated smiling face. From there, go to "Welcome to Euphya!" -> "Newcomer's Guide". We'll see you there!

You likely came here from Night-Time Street, are we right? Here's how to set up your profile and interact with others!
Manage your profile on PluralKit's Dashboard. Follow any steps below that haven't been done yet, this is a one time process.
Press "New member", then put in your name following example from the others (nickname, emoji/icon, pronouns and terms), a nice colour and your privacy settings to ALL PRIVATE.
Set your proxy tags: You can use these prefixes: Name: where you use your nickname, and optionally Alias: where you replace "Alias" by anything else you go by.
Use a picture with your profile: To do this, upload it on ScratchUpload, copy the link, and paste it on PluralKit's dashboard under your profile -> Edit > Avatar URL.
Once done, send your messages that start with Name: and see how you look! For example: "Emi: Hello!" will send "Hello!" as Emi.
